Account Executive – Group Services (POSITION FILLED)

Successful candidates will have 2-3 years experience assessing group performance and ensuring the delivery of high quality service directed at improving results.  Ability to collect, manage and analyze a high volume of data, formulate and present action plans and monitor results is a must.  Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources or risk management is preferred, but candidates with commensurate experience in these areas will be considered.  This position requires approximately 75% travel with minimal overnight stays.  The successful candidate must be available to work outside of normal business hours and occasional weekends, when necessary. 

Risk & Safety Consultant (POSITION FILLED)

Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of technical consulting experience assisting business clients in managing the cost of risk, including injury prevention, regulatory compliance and cost control.  Experience should include all phases of consulting including client assessment, plan development, program implementation, training and monitoring/measuring performance indicators to insure objectives are achieved.  Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees is a must.    Bachelor’s degree in safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, risk management or commensurate experience is required.  This position requires extensive travel throughout the region and requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours, when necessary.

Account Manager (POSITION FILLED)

Growing, fast-paced risk consulting company, Risk Assessment, is seeking qualified candidates for Account Management position.  Qualified candidates must possess 3-5 years of proven experience handling large clients, assessing market needs and selling consulting services to business executives and owners.  Ability to negotiate appropriate conflict resolutions, understanding of workers’ compensation, OSHA / environmental compliance, safety and risk financing techniques is a must.  Bachelor’s degree in safety or risk management is preferred, but candidates with commensurate experience in human resources areas will be considered.  75% regional travel with some overnight stays; reliable transportation required.  Only candidates who meet or exceed the minimum qualifications should apply.
